Ujaama Inc is dedicated to helping youth and at-risk youth realize their potential and reach their goals. We're committed to providing quality youth development programs and initiatives designed to support the holistic development of young people by providing them with opportunities for learning, growth, and positive experiences.

Our organization provides mentorship, educational support, job training, and counseling services to empower these young individuals.

Led by our Executive Director, this transformative program focuses on the strengths and assets of youth and at-risk youth, emphasizing their potential for growth, learning, and contribution to society. It promotes positive outcomes such as fostering resilience, self-efficacy, and healthy relationships. This includes addressing issues such as poverty, violence, substance abuse, and lack of access to quality education.

Stain PRETTI Academy

Stain PRETTI Academy is a lifestyle and leadership development program for girls in 9th – 12th grade that empowers teenage-girls with the attitude, knowledge, and skills to manage her emotions, set and achieve positive goals, and make integrity-based decisions.

Stain PRETTI Academy educates and equips young ladies with the clarity, confidence, character, and community to rise as young women leaders in their communities and empowers them with the skills and sisterhood to create a lifestyle of self-love, self-confidence, self-discipline, and self-respect.

Stain PRETTI Academy offers workshops and community service opportunities that focus on leadership development, academic excellence, effective communication skills, and financial literacy. Young ladies who enroll will also learn techniques to build their character, confidence and self-esteem, the art of maintaining a PRETTI reputation, and develop an attitude that will help them finish ahead of the competition socially and emotionally.
